Industry, machine building, automatic control engineering and manufacturing technology have always been my passion. I have gained my knowledge and experience at the Gdańsk University of Technology, through working at ZUO Hydroster, and at offshore companies in the Persian Gulf region, from which I returned in 1991 to create, with other enthusiasts, the Rockfin manufacturing company.
Running a company and taking the investment risk on the emerging free market was a huge challenge. I have managed the company continuously for 27 years and I can proudly say today that our work, Rockfin Spółka z o.o., has become one of the best companies manufacturing auxiliary equipment for rotary machines in the world during that time. We created a Polish brand which is well-known for its innovative character, high quality and reliability all over the world. We have gained confidence and become an important partner of the biggest power as well as oil and gas extraction and processing companies including: GE, Alstom, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, MHPS, MAN and many more.
Gaining the leader’s position would not have been possible without the team work of engineers, technicians and other professionals as the members of the staff. It is owing to them, among others, that Rockfin was rewarded with the Forbes Diamond for the fastest-growing company and best entrepreneur in 2016.
That history of business development, the creation of innovative equipment and the development of international relations in the world of industry has triggered the creation of another company: Velas Spółka z o.o.
After the years of an exciting adventure in building the position of a global leader and gaining the new investor for the group of companies created by me, I have started a new stage in my business life by supporting other companies in the trade with my business experience and contacts on international markets.
